Going to start doing Daily Posts for the hell of it. I am listening following the news this morning and felt it was a good time to start posting again.
Reading about data centers. Would be something to see these places smattered to smithereens and turned into ghost towns 20 years from now when they realize how lazy and unproductive Americans are in terms of tech. Will be interesting to see. The only thing that will suck about dying is not knowing what will happen. What crazy turns the world will take...what weird musicians will come onto the scene, what chaos will ensue, what art and movies will change the way people think. That's the only thing that will suck about dying. Also, I don't believe the US will ever become a manufacturing country, nor will we be good at anything we produce in terms of data centers aside from inflating the economy with overpaid, lazy laborers. Go into most offices and you'll really see what I mean about lack of motivation and real work. Schools, local government, even some private businesses, but especially if they are big - go here and witness the degree of complaining Americans who people who just sit around not really concerned about their productivity. I guess our capitalist and rich overlords are to thank, however. Somehow the money is there. No matter how inflated and ready to crumble.
